The above-mentioned investment does not include the investment for the purchase and/or transfers for offices and/or lands; such investment includes all expenses made and the initial payment for the franchise, pre-operational expenses, remodeling and modifications made to the office and/or land (the investment includes an office and/or land received unfinished with pavement and utilities), equipment, initial inventory, training in Guadalajara, Jalisco and initial work force; in one word, the necessary total cash to be spent from the beginning of process until the opening of the business.

Cash is necessary for the investment during an approximate period from 12 to 16 weeks, average period for the negotiation, adjustment and installation of the franchise (from the proper authorization and lease of the location). The total investment may increase or decrease depending on the area, the shopping center, the land’s physical conditions and the operation model (subject to the number and size of the containers).

OPERATION MODEL

The operation model requires an approximate space of 1,500 square meters with 30 containers or 2,500 square meters with 60 containers in the main streets of high vehicle circulation.
